Fraud Prevention: Identify and address potential fraudulent activities by monitoring account activity and promptly reporting any suspicious behavior to the appropriate department.

Retail Account:
Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries through email, chat, and potentially phone calls, delivering prompt and precise information.

Complaint Resolution: Efficiently and professionally handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Order Handling: Support with processing orders, managing returns, and issuing refunds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
