Aside from my technical abilities, I bring a genuine empathy for patients and a dedication to creating a warm, welcoming experience. I understand the importance of clear, compassionate communication, especially when interacting with elderly patients or those who may feel anxious. To extend some services, some patients requested not to end the call and accompany them to eat.
