I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I am a professional in the hospitality industry and currently running an online store that I have created. I am passionate and always aim for success. Worked with one of the most reputable hotel chains in the world. I had my internship at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge in Arizona, United States. I was able to apply my knowledge in the hospitality industry particularly in customer service. I was trained by talented and amazing managers, chefs and leaders in the hotel. Thanks to the trainings and experience that I had, I have grown more confident in dealing with guests and providing them above and beyond customer care.

It was my part of my job to act swiftly and find the most convenient solution to avoid further delays and provide the best possible outcome for the guests.
