I worked with a direct client of a gym company and handled sales generation through appointments, helping setting appointments in his calendar through email, sending automated chats and making phone calls using the Go High-Level Platform. Making sure to maximize the sales and getting a lot of appointments. I also handle his FB page for reaching out to possible customers by calling cold and warm leads.

I worked in a Real Estate company as a Sales Development Agent, I initiated outbound calls to prospective leads with the aim of generating interest and setting appointments for real estate agents or brokers. This includes making a high volume of calls, engaging in conversations, and delivering a compelling sales pitch.

I worked as Dispatcher with budee.org, ganjarunner.com and cheech and chong’s take out. I answer Inbound calls from customers that want to place a delivery for cannabis products like flowers, cartridge, edibles, concentrates and any cannabis products available in the market to send those orders to their location and also guide the drivers for deliveries. I also do outbound calls to make a lot of sales. I also do emails to customers that want to make a purchase especially if there are items in their carts. I am tasked to reply to email and text messages inquiry.

Web Marketing Guru is an Australian company I work as a digital marketing expert offering digital services such as Web Design, SEO, PPC, Social Media, FB ads, Instagram, Website design and other digital marketing services. I call leads mostly in South Melbourne, setting appointments with our BDM’s to a 10-15 minute face to face meeting on strategies and tips on how we can help them improve search engine rankings, show website samples, increase their social media following and get more audience through advertising.
