I have lengthily skilled in both BPO and VA work. I worked in a BPO firm for 2 and a half years as a Technical Support Representative. Based on my skills, I ensure to have rapid and accurate typing abilities which are about 45-50 wpm. I can manage 5 chats simultaneously and handle both billing and technical issues of customers. Even I cater to more than 2 customers at a time still I maintain a good service quality both to chat and customer. After working in a BPO/call center company I dUpgrade to see actual info to work as a Virtual Assistant until present. I see the advantage of working online and it helps me to improve my skills and knowledge in every area of being a VA. I am highly motivated, hard-working, sincere, willing to learn and grow, responsible and have a good attitude.
