Graveyard on-duty, prepares Room Occupancy Report, Room Revenue of the Day, Guest In-House Lists, Number of Guests, Function Room Revenue, updating & checking of guests details, preparing Daily Report to be send to the management, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
Handles booking reservations, communications, booking confirmation, cancellations, booking modifications, guest inquiries and guest transportation booking.
Handles cashiering work, making sure all the reports are handled properly.
Answers incoming calls in a proper manner. Solves guest’s complaints.
Handles bulk/group bookings and prepares Billing Statement to each groups, specifically - to name a few, these are Government group bookings, Sea Games, walk-ins, and so much more.
Preparing room forecast every after 2 weeks and room inventory per day.

Prepares Room Punch list that is very important before allowing or releasing it for "Room to Sell". Double checking of rooms before releasing it to the guest. Making sure all room amenities are being set-up.
