Worked in a Hospitality industry (Hotel) for 10 years. 

My role as a Front Office Supervisor is I managed the Front Office Department and its daily operations. 

Handles Eight (8) Online Travel Agencies (OTA's) like, AGODA, Upgrade to see actual info, Traveloka, ZenRooms, CTrip, Upgrade to see actual info, Travelbook, and Expedia. Increases room allotment to sell based on room availability. 

Handles fast check-in, giving room keycards, and check-out.   

Booking engine systems that were used are IFCA, Oasis, SERVO and Xenia.    

Graveyard on-duty, prepares Room Occupancy Report, Room Revenue of the Day, Guest In-House Lists, Number of Guests, Function Room Revenue, updating & checking of guests details,  preparing Daily Report to be send to the management, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. 

Handles booking reservations, communications, booking confirmation, cancellations, booking modifications, guest inquiries and guest transportation booking.  

Handles cashiering work, making sure all the reports are handled properly. 

Answers incoming calls in a proper manner. Solves guest’s complaints.

Handles bulk/group bookings and prepares Billing Statement to each groups,  specifically - to name a few, these are Government group bookings, Sea Games, walk-ins, and so much more. 

Preparing room forecast every after 2 weeks and room inventory per day.

Pioneering/ Opening team Front Office Supervisor for two (2) Hotels. 

Made Room Floor Plan in each rooms, Bed configuration, room type configuration, bed sizes, room numbers, room rate, house rules, budget planning, 

Prepares Room Punch list that is very important before allowing or releasing it for "Room to Sell". Double checking of rooms before releasing it to the guest. Making sure all room amenities are being set-up.  

Under my Department I handle 4 Guest Service Assistants and 2 Bellman. 

Delegate various tasks that are essential to daily operations of a hotel's front desk.

Manage staff; ensure that guests has an exceptional experience. 

Sales Account Executive at Hotel Elizabeth and Uncle Tom's Cabin Hotel, Cebu City, Philippines. Handles group bookings such as Seminar, Trainings, Weddings, Debut, Christmas party and so much more. 

Handles event booking reservations. Prepares Contract and Billing Statement to each groups. Making sure all bills are stipulated correctly. 

I am very keen to details, that I wanna triple check every contract and billing before giving it to the guests.
