As a Nutrition Coach, Exercise Scientist, Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, my primary role is to design, implement, and oversee customized strength and conditioning programs tailored to meet the specific needs of elite athletes and individuals seeking peak physical performance. I want to play a pivotal role in enhancing athletes strength, power, endurance, and overall physical capabilities to help them excel in their respective sports or fitness pursuits. I have deep understanding of nutrition science, I want to help people build practices that lead to improved health, body composition, and/or performance, willing to support clients through the entire process. I aim to teach clientele how to love their bodies and prioritize their health and work with each clients goals through the process of proper workouts and accountability.
