-Convince business customers and establish a relationship correct customer information during a conversation to make an appointment -Maintain confidentiality-Previous background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing or tele sales-Experience in using any CRM-Ability to adapt to new tools and software.

-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction -Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs:
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
-Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
