Profile Description

As a Quality Analyst for a new vendor, I helped in creating SOP's, guidelines and most of all the workplace culture. The very first thing that I did was to remove the stigma that QA's are agent/representative worst nightmare. I made sure that our team was following the right procedure and that we are calibrated. I also coordinates with payors/insurances to check if we are still compliant with their requirements. From time to time I do side by side with a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to check their knowledge, help them in navigating portals, creating applications and links to enroll the providers. I also do coaching, giving advise on how they can make their work much easier.
