Hello! I'm Greg, an experienced Customer Service Specialist, a team player, hard working and dedicated freelancer seeking to become a part of a growth-oriented firm. With more than 8 years work experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in the Philippines as a customer service representative, mostly handling, billing, sales and telco accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, I excel in tasks such as email management, proofreading, and data entry. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines, I ensure quality results in every project.
I also have an experience as a Junior Unit Manager in an insurance company. As a Junior Unit Manager, I am responsible for overseeing a team of insurance agents and providing them with the support and resources they need to deliver exceptional service to our clients. My day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Providing coaching and mentorship to insurance agents on our team, helping them develop their skills and build successful practices.
• Conducting performance reviews and setting goals for financial advisors to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent service to clients.
