Project Manager / HR Manager

Handled several teams overseeing several projects, digital marketing efforts, social media campaigns, web development projects, and graphic design for local and international brands and clients for eight years.

I have about 5 years of total experience in HR and recruitment management albeit in different capacities. My experience in this field started in 2019 as an Executive Recruitment Consultant for Senior Managers and up roles for international insurance companies. When I became an EA for the VP of a global BPO company in 2020, I handled interviews for support roles in place of the VP. Also did vetting candidate CVs for TLs, OMs, and support roles (Facilities Manager, Community Staff, etc). All throughout these, I was also a Project Manager for an IT company supervising HR/recruitment efforts doing interviews, decision to hire, onboarding/offboarding, and coaching.

Provided administrative support to several clients locally and internationally. This includes email management, calendar management, travel arrangements, organization of meetings and appointments, preparing presentations and trackers, managing expenses, events planning for remote and onsite, and other ad hoc tasks related to my work.

I have successfully managed digital marketing for several brands, overseeing various aspects such as social media campaigns, website design, and graphic design tasks. Eventually leading a team of digital marketers.

Did graphics design tasks for several brands for digital marketing, social media campaigns, and website design. Eventually handled a team of graphic designers.

Handled some video editing projects. Eventually led a team of video editors for multiple brands.

Handled some web development projects and eventually handled a team of web developers.
