Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant

As a Reservation Coordinator in Cruise Line which basically deals business communication thru email, I strongly believe that I will be an effective candidate for the position as an Email Support. Communication correspondence are from our Preferred Sales Agent, the Sales and Marketing team and within the team of Reservation Officer and this communication should be dealt with accordingly.

As a Front Office Associate, it is also our responsibility to assist the guests with their hotel booking requests. We make sure that these arrangement will be as smooth for them to have a comfortable vacation.

As a Customer Service Representative for both hotel and cruise line, I believe my years of work experience is something to be considered to land for a job position.

As a Guest Relations Officer in a hotel in the United Arab Emirates, my experience is a good fit for me to land a position. I was responsible for assisting the guests when it comes to their hotel booking, airline ticket confirmation and additional services such as excursions and other ad hoc services.

As a Reservation Officer to both Hotel and the Cruise Line, it is expected of us to upsell and promote our services to the clients. We have to offer them options and choices whenever their desired service is no longer available.

Working as a Front Office Associate, I was also responsible for running the Night Audit. This Night Auditing job is system generated and I have to double check all the pertinent information and have it matched. Also, I have a close contact with one of our Accounting Staff so we can compare both our reports.
