✅ Works closely with the CEO to manage the team's day-to-day activities and delegate tasks to team members. ✅ Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching. ✅ Daily meetings with CEO and stateside clients for performance review and goal setting.

✅ Managing our social media channels and creates content for different platforms. ✅ Producing short-form videos that are visually appealing, informative, or entertaining, and tailored to the specific platforms of Facebook Reels and Instagram Stories. ✅ Creating and implementing creative social media plans tailored to different audiences. ✅ Leading the management and maintenance of the learning and development team's comprehensive database. Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security while continuously optimizing its functionality to support efficient team operations.

✅ Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include the use of diagnostic tools and/or following verbal instructions. ✅ Receive customer calls to provide step-by-step guidelines for the resolution of a technical issue. ✅ Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
