two years and three months, I have been working as a Call Center
Representative. I handle international voice accounts, including Telco,
Insurance, and Sales accounts. While the job is not easy, I find it incredibly
rewarding. I have learned to adapt to different environments, adjust to various
situations, and become a problem solver. Through this job, I have developed
essential skills such as communication, active listening, and confidence. My
ability to build rapport has helped me connect with customers, and my active
listening skills have made me better understand their emotions and situations.
I am grateful for the opportunities that this job has provided me, but now I am
ready for a new challenge. I am eager to explore new career opportunities,
learn new things, and take a new path in life. With my skills, work ethic, and
determination, I am confident that I can excel in any role. If given the
chance, I would love to showcase my skills and prove that I have what it takes
