I've been working as US Healthcare as Data Entry Specialist for 3 years. My main responsibility was ensuring patient's demographics are accurate both in the system and Laboratory records. I was also assigned to verify the patient's insurance eligibility using waystar and insurance portal to verify if the coverage was still active. If needed, we update the patient information in our system also in our databases.
