I have two years experience as a real estate ISA (Inside Sales Assistant) and a cold caller working for real estate agents in the United States and Canada. My professional expertise includes lead qualifying, warm and cold calling, appointment setting, database management, and follow-up tasks. Experienced in using real estate CRMs and tools. I also have experience in telemarketing accounts like Health Insurance, Travel Campaign,  Debt Relief Programs and Auto Insurance. I worked as a customer service staff as well, so I have excellent customer service skills. I am a self-starter, passionate and results-driven individual.
