I have  7 years working experience in a BPO industry. 4 years working with our British clients as a customer service representative.We handle an online shopping platform. We assist customers through calls, emails and do clerical task. We help them with placing an order online, we assist theirs concerns, query and complaints.

With a strong background in US payroll,  Customer service. I am eager to contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of your payroll department.
Throughout my previous roles at ADP Philippines Inc., I have gained valuable experience in  payroll processing, such as managing timesheets, processing paychecks, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. I am highly detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in using payroll software systems.
