My latest job is HR Staff at NatCorp Career Growth and Manpower Services Inc. I am responsible for conducting interviews and sorting applicants to fill open positions, screening resumes and selecting qualified applicants, and conducting orientation for new employees. I'm responsible for checking 201 files of newly hired employees and record-keeping , supporting employee inquiries and HR matters, collaborating with teams to enhance and improve recruitment activities and strategies, updating and posting job descriptions and communicating the outcome of interview and process of recruitment. Being an HR Staff, I developed a positive attitude, good communication skills and the ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
