I have been a Bilingual agent since 2013. I handled Collections account for Capital one for a year, Customer Service Representative for AT&T for 3 years, Contract manager for A mining company for 4 years and a Medical appointment scheduler/intake specialist for 2 years.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now.
I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
