Hi thank you for looking up on my profile, my name is Aries Sy a Bachelor's degree holder of 4 years course, in Bachelor of Science in Management Information System. I have a total of 7 years of experience in BPO industry. My first BPO job was at Alorica Philippines as Technical Support Representative for DIRECTV and AT&T customers for 1 year and 9 months that was based in USA and I am handling inbound and outbound calls, we do troubleshooting with customers DirecTV receiver's issues and offer tv packages and plans and other services. And my second company is with EPERFORMAX as Customer service representative for eBay Sellers for 6 months, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their product listings, billing, shipping, payments and account concerns. And lastly with Accenture company as Customer Service Associate for 5 years and 7 months now and my recent project was Telstra I had work with a premium account were I receive inbound and outbound calls, assisting bank employees and staff. Since I'm with IUpgrade to see actual info team we work on raising ticket for the bank having network services issues, or with their bank provided phones that has Telstra network service issues. We raise an iUpgrade to see actual info ticket and pass it to the resolver team, we follow up with the customers regarding their tickets through phone or email. If given the opportunity I will be more than happy to bring my diverse skill set to make a meaningful impact in a role i am applying for. I adapt quickly to challenges and I have great problem solving abilities. I believe in maintaining a positive and collaborative work ethic, I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of a company, team or organization.
