You have to actively listens to their concerns, put yourself on their shoe or sympathize with them so you can understand how they feel. From there, I excel in problem solving and initiative in handling customer concerns.

When you set an appointment with them, you have to talk to them direct to the point because they are very busy and most of them are not interested.
