Hey everyone! I'm Roschiel and I'm looking for a part-time or full-time job opportunity for $3- $4 per hour.
As an experienced Customer Service Representative, I have a diverse range of skills and experiences in customer service industries.
Here is a summary of my professional work background:
E-commerce Representative: In this role, I performed tasks such as handling billing, damaged items, returns, shipping, and handling escalation concerns. I also handled chargeback, BBB issues, escalation concerns, and fraud cases. have experience managing online platforms and assisting with the overall operations of an e-commerce business
Credit Repair Specialist: In this role, I provided administrative support, responded to clients and employees, and handled general calls. I have experience in managing communication and ensuring smooth operations for individuals.
Customer Service Representative T3: My responsibilities include supporting our clients with their Phone, Internet, Landline, and TV bills and services. I also do basic troubleshooting.
I will be more than happy to use my diverse skill set to contribute to the success of the company, team, or organization. I am also willing to negotiate my hourly rate to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
