Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly, and vendor could get a slot for their appointment. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues. Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules. Evaluate vendor operations (e.g., freight forwarders) according to quality standards and to meet the client requirements. Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.

Educate all the Line Leaders on how to process movement of the employees. Guide them how to navigate the portal such us updating personal information, bank details, etc. Help the Line Leaders on how to onboard, extend or maintain contingent workers. Check the status of their Workflow that was created by the line leaders and 2up. Provide all the necessary instructions on how to process Secondments, and delegations. Educate the Line Leaders on how to change the employee’s location, schedules, and contracts from fixed term to indefinite contracts. Provide instructions to LL on how to create, maintain, and delete positions and department. Respond to employee’s questions about their salary, health insurances, vacation leaves contributions etc. Process employees request about their pay slips, COE and Visa letter and final pay.

Handle collections and processed payments through credit and debit card. Provide insurance information on patient’s account and sent claim to insurance Company. Process adjustment and write off charges. Assist patients by providing details about the status of their claims.

Offer the essential assistance to clients in order to assist them in resolving their concerns.
