Profile Description

I have been a freelance bookkeeper at Japfudo Corporation since 2019. At first, I used Excel files to do my report, and the following year, I am now using the Loyverse system. Before that, I worked as an Administrative assistant and Purchaser for a start-up construction company for 3 years.
I say my work experience is very diverse since I've been to different industries the likes of, construction firms, accounting firms, trading, and banking. Because of these, I was exposed to and maintained to deliver a high standard of service, which helped me identify my own needs for improvement and the eagerness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
My expertise is in project management and doing administrative tasks. I'm good at performing my tasks, managing emails, as well as corresponding with our clients and suppliers attending to their queries and concerns that I may be required to speak with on behalf of our firm. I may not have a Virtual assistant work experience on work-from-home setup. However, I already enrolled myself in Online training for Virtual assistant and bookkeeping using Quickbooks all I have to do is to be hired to put into use the skills and and knowledge I've learned. I am pretty much flexible with the tasks given to me. You can rest assured that I will never abandon a task a hand and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient. If in case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you will not have a hard time training me. Because I am always willing to learn it, I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person who requires minimum supervision once I've learned and familiarized the ropes.
