I have a bachelor's degree in business administration and have spent the last 5 years working in the BPO (business processing outsourcing) industry. I landed my first and second jobs as a customer service representative for a telecommunications company. I then worked as an auditor for a distribution company. I was also able to gain experience in the real estate industry (particularly mortgage lending) as a loan support and mortgage specialist. Lastly, I worked as a client service associate for a membership clothing company, assisting customers with their styling and shipping concerns. I can communicate with our customers via phone, live chat, and email using the Zendesk tool.
I recently completed my training as a real estate virtual assistant and e-commerce CSR VA. I also offer basic graphic design services.
Outside of work, I am passionate when it comes to singing. I write songs and compete in solo and choir competitions. I volunteer at choir concerts for a cause to help people in need, and I also volunteered for medical missions during my college years working with Korean doctors.
