manager with 13 years experience and expertise of working in the financial services, customer service & sales (shopping cart abandonment recovery management) industry. Skilled in Advanced Performance Coaching and Mentoring, Leadership of People, Presentation and Facilitation Skills, Project Management, Networking, Reporting and Analysis and Customer Engagement.
Exposed to working in diverse environments, keenly taking responsibilities with bigger operation and higher challenges. As a people manager, I have paved different avenues for learning which enhanced my competency in facilitating interaction and communication verbal and non-verbal ways.
Quality Management: As part of quality, I am an expert in terms of Define testing strategies and processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
