Profile Description

I consider my role as a Client Analyst to be the most impactful period of my career. During those four years, I gained invaluable skills and insights that not only shaped my professional growth but also enabled me to support and uplift those around me.

Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in various areas, including email management, CRM tools like Zendesk and Salesforce, chat and email quality auditing, process compliance audits, and KPI analysis (CSAT, NPS, AHT, FCR, and Quality Scores). I am also skilled in root cause analysis (RCA), report generation, and dashboard creation using Excel, Tableau, and Google Sheets to track performance. Additionally, I have experience in developing quality scorecards, monitoring SLAs, conducting calibration sessions to align QA evaluations with operational and client expectations, coaching agents, and documenting QA guidelines. Most recently, I worked on a wide-ranging set of administrative tasks in insurance services.

Beyond my quality assurance background, I am also an aspiring virtual assistant with proficiency in internet research, data entry, transcription, appointment scheduling, and email and calendar management. I am well-versed in tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Dropbox, Gmail, and Outlook.

To expand my skill set, I am currently taking courses in Shopify, WordPress, photo editing, lead generation and organization, Craigslist posting, and keyword research using Google Ads. However, my long-term aspiration is to become a Data Analyst, as I am deeply fascinated by data and its impact on decision-making.
