Profile Description

o Manual preparation and encoding of payments in the Masterlist.
o Preparation of Collection sheets of loan officers – to be used as Loan officer’s guide upon collecting from the clients.
o Preparation of the Weekly/meeting report.
o Processing of loans.
? Validation of information declared in the forms thru phone call
? Preparation of Client’s ledger
? Preparation of Loan disclosures
? Preparation of Summary of Releases
o Manual auditing of ledgers – to find out the loan officer’s collection discrepancies.
o Printing of Forms: Application Form, Promissory Note, C.I. Form, Collateral Form, Recommendation Form, Evaluation Form, Pull out form and etc.
o Preparation of Demand letters and Prelegal Notices
o Receiving of Payments from walk-in clients.
o Following up of payments from accounts with uncollected payments thru phone call.
o Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
o Scheduling meetings and appointments
o Taking notes and minutes in meetings
o Ordering stock of office supplies
o Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external partners.
o Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
o Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.
o Finding ways to improve administrative processes
o Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
o Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
o Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
o Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
o Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
o Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
o Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
o Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
