I have almost 4 years of work experience as CSR inbound, outbound calls and chat support for an airline company in the USA and Australia, 2 years as a personal assistant, almost 2 years as an onboarding specialist/analyst for an airline company in Australia at one of the contact centre here in the Philippines, 6 months as chat support of drop and shipping inc., almost 3 months in hotel and hostel company.

I am a passionate, dependable, and productive individual. I am competent at speaking with clients on the phone and over email. I've used live chat and phone support before, and I'm excited to learn how to apply new, effective methods.
