With the way things are moving to today, I’ve worked for 4 years and 7 months in the call center industry and I could say that it’s been a habit for me to resolve the issue completely and make sure that nothing will come up from it. Speaking of customer service, depending on the person on the other side, I will adjust my approach based on what their personality type is.
I am flexible to work at any shift that my clients need. I also have no issues working on weekends.
