Started my career as customer representative to technical support since I was 18 till I graduated from college so I am quite experienced with customer service, multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting, Identifying, investigating, and resolving users problems with computer software and hardware. I have worked before as an assistant loan officer and gained knowledge about how process loans in California and work hand in hand with the people involved to successfully close a case.
