My expertise primarily involved around providing top-notch email, chat support, customer service, technical support, admin tasks and proctoring services by maintaining the academic integrity of an exam for 3years in BPO industry and 1 year and half for virtual assistant for data entry and basic graphic design. I am also a quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and processes easily and am willing to learn any various skills. Also, my 2 years of experience in proctoring enables me to effectively communicate with clients from different races. With years of experience, my background has equipped me with a highly organized individual with strong time management skills. I’ve learned to always value integrity, also I can work with minimal supervision. I know that the training and experiences that I have acquired will help me and bring success to the organization.
