I worked as a Subject Matter Experts (SME)
in my previous company, where I spent 2 years with the company. What I usually do is accept calls from guests and hosts about their reservations. Mostly mediator for both Guest and Host If they have issues with the reservation like cleanliness, Accuracy, Claims, or Damages due to unexpected events. I am providing Advice to Hosts and guests who need a place to stay. We are helping hosts set up their new listings to provide accurate information and catch future guests. Analyzed issues to identify troubleshooting methods needed for quick remediation. Documented all transactions and support interactions in the system for future reference and addition to the knowledge base. Provide support to agents who need assistance with the case and concerns with the guest and host account. Help maintain and improve the team KPI and target Goal, helping the agent to hit the monthly performance. Provide direct reports to clients on special cases or tickets with accurate information and team performance. Take supervisor calls and provide fair decisions promptly.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
