Profile Description

I have been in the customer service industry for 10 years now and have handled various campaigns related to billing, accounts, shipping, returns, disputes, and sales, In between those years, I was also lucky to have experience in the content moderation field which made my grammar and proofreading skills improve. All of these experiences helped enhance my communication skills both verbal and non-verbal. 

I am now working full-time on an e-commerce campaign as a Team Leader. Aside from ensuring that the teaUpgrade to see actual infoets everyday performance standards, we also interact with the clients to meet all KPIs, including the service SLA. My task also revolved around collaborating ideas with the team to help the campaign grow through its overall process and the service it provides to the customers.

I am a highly organized and efficient worker. I can work independently and most importantly - I am passionate in the work I do and always give my best. I also never stop learning new skills to expand my knowledge to enter the field of virtual assistance.
