I am Klia Mae Marifosque. You can call me klay.
I graduated in Bicol Unive1rsity Tabaco Campus with a course of Bachelor of Science in Fisheries. I have been working in bpo industry for almost 5 years as a customer support and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working as CSR.
For my work history which is for my first job in C3 now called Everise,
The account name is Hertz Dollar Thrifty or Hertz rent a car, I worked there as a customer service
representative, an international voice inbound account so customer will call us
to simply book a car reservation or general inquiries regarding the car they rent or if
they have complaints for their car. So basically it is all about renting a car and
booking a reservation.So I worked there for almost 2 years and I can say that I really
learned a lot especially dealing with different kinds of people or customers.
For my next job which is in Safeway, My role there is email representive for almost 1 year. I can say
that this job for me is quite challenging because you have to make sure that your grammar,
especially spelling is correct but I also learned a lot since my writing skills is practiced and enhanced.
Our job is to answer general inquiries for customers about their online orders and arrange redelivery
if the orders are late. Making sure that we provide excellent skills even if it is only email support.
Next is a chat representative, This one I can say is also really challenging because you will have
to interact with live person through chat, so you have to make sure
that your brain and mind is always active as well as your hands. My role there is the same as
answering general inquiries and resolving issues regarding their discounts and coupons not applying
in order, in-store transaction and pick up orders.
For my work experience in legacy gama which is customer support representative my role there is to assist drivers who have
an issue on the car that they have rented. Booked roadside assistance if ever driver is in aUpgrade to see actual info or emergency issues like flat tire.
Will assist driver is he is on aUpgrade to see actual info so usually this is like an solving issues with drivers who is in emergency.
