After that, I discovered Trello and loved its simple and easy-to-use functions .I group the tasks into 3 major categories namely: Backlog, To do this week, Daily To-dos. I use it personally for my freelance business and daily to-do tracking. Recently, I explored Asana and Click Up to upgrade my skills. I also learned how to use Hubspot from a freelancing Bootcamp.
