I was fortunate to work at different E-commerce companies such as Amazon, Shoppee and Lazada where I was able to provide excellent customer support. My roles include order tracking, refund/replacement processing, de-escalating irate clients and even pro-actively promoting the brands which helped generate values for the company.

As a Tier-1 tech support, I've experienced using different CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho and many more. My five-year experience working in tech companies allowed me to hone my critical thinking skills and ability to multi task while targeting a first call resolution.

As a current Real Estate Virtual Assistant who went rigorous trainings for tenancy management, I became confident in providing assistance and making the lives of both Landlords, Tenants and Property Manager's lives easier. My day to day tasks includes, rent arrears, property maintenance data management, and even invoicing. Although still considered fairly new to the industry, I am willing to pursue any career given and show my ability to help grow the business.
