For over 36 months of experience within a variety of Business Process Outsourcing companies, I have manage to develop my skills in building customer relationships, submitting data entries, reporting administrative tasks, training new hires, and being appointed as a point of contact (POC) of our team.
Currently, I would like to venture the world of being a Virtual Assistant. I believe that my previous experiences would be an advantage I can contribute to my clients' company.
Just as how we build customer relationships and maintaining efficiency for our customers in a BPO setting, I believe that this is also what my clients are looking for in an employee, someone who is able to build an experience that is impeccable and would have a positive impact to their customers in order to make the transactions and the business run as smooth as possible.
And although I may have minimal experience with administrative task, I was able to be familiarize with some of the tasks that are being done such as performing data entries, distributing memorandums, creating custom reports and the likes.
I take my work seriously and with commitment, as someone who is taking their first step into venturing this industry, I want to prove the skills I have accumulated the past years and to continue developing it. I am a hardworking individual that is highly motivated and passionate about this role.
