I have 13+ years of corporate experience (with JPMorgan Chase & Co) in analytics, graphic design, SharePoint/Confluence page design. I lead projects that support enterprise objectives and requirements through information system/ technology. With extensive experience and expertise that involves the ff: conducting business/ data analysis, understanding system concepts, knowledge of business process automation concepts.

-Data analytics, monthly business report/ dashboard creation;
-Jira project/ Jira issue management;
-Knowledgeable in Excel, VBA, Upgrade to see actual info, Alteryx, Tableau, MS Visio ;
-Marketing and strategic planning
-Conduct targeted reviews to evaluate the compliance of business practices according to regulatory guidelines
