Profile Description

I have been a customer support representative before fromUpgrade to see actual info. I'm currently working as a Marketing Coordinator for one of the largest ecommerce in Australia.
I started working with them way back 2016 as a compliance representative and got promoted on 2019 as a Marketing Coordinator Because of these, I was able to maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement.
As an Email marketing for four years up to present, I'm knowledgeable in email marketing tools such as Oracle (Responsys) and Litmus. I build our Newsletter and Push Notification email that the customer will received thru their email.
As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me.
