I have 4 years of experience in the BPO industry (Business Process Outsourcing) as a telemarketer and office assistant, I am currently working as an ESL teacher for almost 7 years and a freelance virtual assistant for 1 year. Having the skills in good customer and communication skills; I am qualified to excel in an office environment. I have developed interpersonal and customer service skills throughout my employment experiences, and have acquired excellent communication abilities through a college education. I have also achieved outstanding grades and work reorganization, which I am excited to share within the workplace.
