I am Experienced Telemarketer.

I've been in sales for more than 6 years now and I am helping business owners gain clients through inbound and outbound calls, cold emails and cold messages on social media platforms. Also, I have experience in both B2B and B2C transactions. 

I was a Sales Executive in a digital marketing company. We offer Website, SEO, SMM, Promotional Materials and Video Marketing. Part of my job was looking for my own active leads and turn them into sales. I am the one handling my clients from the start until the end of their subscription.

After that, I was an Appointment Setter in a website designing company. We offer Website only. And, I'll be the one who's going to look for my own active leads and set an appointment with them. All appointments was forwarded to the sales team.

My current position now is Sales Closer/Dispatch Specialist in a Garage Door company. I handle sales, making appointments with the customers and coordinate with the technicians. Following up on the potential customers, receiving complaints and making sure all the customers are happy with the service. It's a warm leads, we received all the customer's inquires through call center service.
