For non-voice account - send an email to the client and follow up with them via email and MS Teams and Completing report in Excel. For Insurance account - handling inbound and outbound calls, file claims, update customer’s information, balance inquiry, process refund. For Electricity/Utility account - handling inbound and outbound calls, answering, inquires, transfer the call to the appropriate department and billing. For Local account/Technical account - handling outbound calls, create ticket, answering inquiries,troubleshooting, billing and sending emails. For international account/food delivery app account - handling inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries about customer’s orders,update customer’s information.
