It’s a telco account wherein we sell customer devices such as iPhone, iPad, Tablets, Watches, phones, Insurance and etc. As an expert there, I cater multiple department such as sales wherein selling is there , collections wherein I will collect money for monthly payment of the customers , I also cater Account services where in here I get to talked customers that are no longer happy with the service and what I can do to save them form leaving the company , I also cater basic troubleshooting for those customers who are having an issues with their devices and network. Normally we dispatch Cab for the customer by calling Cab Driver and gave them the information of the customer just like their Pick-up location, Name, Contact no. and the Drop off location.

Virtual Assistant | Kbc Offshoring Services January 2023 - Present I am currently working for an agency company. We look for a small business owner and we help their business grow by offering them the help of a Virtual Assistant. I am working directly with the President/CEO of the company. I manage his calendars and make sure that he will not miss any meetings, manage his email to remind him the things that needed to be done right away. I do inbound and outbound calls to get an appointment for him. I also book his flights and hotel reservation whenever he is travelling.

One of my task as a Virtual Assistant is to call out leads to set an appointment. My client will gave me a list of leads that he met in an event and I will call them one by one to set up an appointment through Zoom or google meet.
