Profile Description

I worked in BPO industry or in a Call center industry for almost 15 years. My first job was in Sentinel Credit Services. I worked there as a Credit Card Verifier. We are conducting information to those customers who are applying for a credit card. My 2nd job was in MDS Call Solutions. I worked there as a Customer Service Representative who are taking orders thru inbound calls and via website. I've been also a Verifier way back then to that company, we're communicating to the store regarding concerns in customer orders such as missing or wrong item. Then, whenever, there's a advance order or the store was down. I relay those orders to them. My 3rd job was in Accesshealthcare Manila. I'm currently working here for almost 8 yrs. I was revenue cycle rep for almost 5 yrs and become a Quality Assurance for 3 yrs in healthcare account. I was assigned in different queues. I'm verifying provider information if this is on file, their payto or billing address if this is already updated, their ERA or remittances, Electronic Claims, EFT if they are already set up to the payer or cUpgrade to see actual inforinghouse in order to process the Doctors/ Medical practitioners services fee to be paid. Then, I promoted as a Quality Specialist last 2021. I am monitoring, auditing the works of the agents , provide and support their inquiries to improve their quality score. I also do some client calls regarding process improvements. I am flexible, hardworking, have patience, ability to multi-task, prioritize, can manage time effectively and can easily adapt new things.
