I worked as a bill specialist and collector of an Australian TelCo. I assisted customers by calling them to remind their bills. I answered customer inquiries about the bill charges and made adjustments for the disputes. Aside from answering bill concerns, I offered payment plan whenever the customer's account is delinquent. Lastly, I collected payments over the phone and record the payments their reported payments. There 2 types of customers we handled; residential and business accounts.

I worked as a team leader of a fraud team of a U.S. based cryptocurrency campaign. My job was to monitor the performance of the team, do a weekly coaching and meeting, ensure that they are capable to do their duties, check their well-beings as well, do QAs, submit all the deliverables on time, attend the business reviews with the clients, and most importantly, ensure that we are align with the process. As a fraud specialist, we investigate suspicious activities of our customer's account. We ask our users to submit necessary documents to verify that the transaction is made by them.
