Accounts Receivable• Application of Cash Receipts• Prepare sales orders and collect prepayments.• Process client payments over the phone.• Generate client invoices.• Create and send client statements.• Collections - email/call clients concerning past due invoices to collect payment in a timely manner.• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Accounts Payable• Match purchase orders and shipping receipts to vendor invoices. •  Identify the proper company, period, and account and accurately record invoice details into the accounts payable system. • Rectify discrepancies by communicating with vendors and account management team. • Process payments to vendor by ACH and credit card. Other Tasks
• Bank and credit card reconciliation• Setup new client and new vendor accounts.• Request W9 form and sales tax exemptions.• Monitor shipments and apply freight cost to jobs, duties & taxes before invoicing (FedEx, UPS, USPS).• Prepare monthly inventory reporting for clients.• Collect data in Shopify and Shipstation to compute for rebates.
