In my previous years, I worked as a customer service representative and a data specialist for almost 3 years in a BPO company. My second job was as an Admin Assistant and Email Support at my previous University. I gained a lot of wonderful experience such as dealing with the customers professionally and providing full customer satisfaction. I am a person who is reliable, resourceful, and trustworthy which is very important when working remotely. I am a fast learner and I take the initiative to learn and research things I am not familiar with. I’m very excited to engage and learn new skills that make work more fun and interesting. I hope I will be given a chance for any job available, and at the same time excited to impart my knowledge and grow in a new environment.

During Covid time, I worked as a data entry specialist under the Medical account Ambulnz. It's a wonderful experience that helps me become more knowledgeable about the other tools and take the initiative to learn and research things I am not familiar with.

The customer service representative was my first job way back in 2018 I worked as a Taxi Dispatcher in the transportation industry which is US based in Oregon, we booked cabs and assisted customers in getting to their exact locations. Then the pandemic or COVID-19 happened we experienced layoffs of accounts then I was transferred to a data entry specialist for the medical industry called Ambulanz, where we gathered clients' data results of their IPCR and antigen tests.

I worked as an Administrative Assistant and Email Support at my previous University. I managed and organised a high-volume email inbox, especially during peak season, responding to over 100 inquiries a week with a satisfaction rate from clients. I also coordinate tasks every day and ensure that all of the documents are exact and proper. Additionally, I also do duties and take over my co-staff like assisting the clients on the receiving and releasing window. I have also created and maintained a filing system of the documents (school records) accordingly, resulting in a lesser time spent searching for files. I manage and update the client's concerns personally and through on-call which results in to increase in customer engagement. I provided customer service support resulting in a satisfaction rate. I also performed data entry and updated databases, resulting in an increase in accuracy and less reduction in errors.
