I have been the Executive assistant of the Regional Director for almost two years. Being his assistant, I managed his schedules, planned his travel and needs (i.e transportation, accommodation, health requirements), make appointments to other high ranking officials, disseminate instructions and or relay concerns to certain field office/division heads, write communication letters to concerned parties, provide options/insights to situations needing his decision.

I have worked with Smart Telecommunications Inc. specifically as their Customer Relations Associate; working on aftersales concerns/complaints, billing disputes, device and subscription concerns/troubleshooting, product promotion and subscriber retention, etc.
