I worked in the BPO industry and learned a variety of skills such as receiving calls, responding to emails and chats using multiple media such as Ring Central, Avaya, Zendesk, Slack, Yahoo and Gmail. I've also worked as a technical support representative, where I learned how to repair internet, cables, phone lines, and email accounts. One of the most valuable lessons I learned during my career development was how to utilize different client tools and CRMS. I also gained knowledge and expertise using Excel, Sheets, Docs, and Power point presentations, as it is also one of the most widely used tools in all businesses. I have also undergone trainings as a Virtual Assistant where in I learned to manage schedules and utilize different tools such as Launch27, BookingKoala, Canva and Slab. Given my experience, I am confident that I have acquired all the skills your business needs in terms of communication, computer literacy, and work management.
